During operation, the vibrating feeder evenly feeds the stones into the feed opening of the jaw crusher. In the crushing chamber, the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate jointly form a squeezing space. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, causing the movable jaw plate to perform an up-and-down reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the stone material is compressed and crushed; when the movable jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate, the crushed stone material moves downward under the force of gravity. The materials with the required particle size are discharged from the discharge port, completing the entire crushing process.
