The stone screening machine is driven by two vibration motors simultaneously, causing the screen box to produce stable linear vibration. The stones move uniformly forward on the screen surface, with larger particles remaining on the upper layer, while smaller particles can smoothly pass through the screen mesh, thus achieving clear and accurate size classification. Compared with sand screening machines, mainly used for fine sand screening, the stone screening machine is more suitable for processing larger-sized crushed stones and aggregates. Due to the greater hardness of the stones, the machine is more prone to wear, so the materials used are more durable, and the structural load-bearing capacity is also stronger, capable of withstanding higher impacts and loads.
