Project Overview
This project is a complete set of quartz sand washing and purification equipment exported by Liding Machinery to Indonesia, serving high-end applications such as local glass manufacturing, photovoltaic raw materials, casting and building materials. The raw materials mainly include natural quartz sand, muddy quartz ore and weathered silica sand. The core requirements are deep mud removal, impurity removal, purity and whiteness improvement. The finished product meets industrial and export-grade quartz sand standards and adapts to Indonesia’s tropical, high-humidity, rainy and coastal operating environment.
Equipment Configuration
The production line is equipped with high-efficiency scrubbers, spiral sand washers, wheel sand washers, drum screens, dewatering screens, fine sand recovery units, wastewater recycling systems, intelligent electric control systems and conveying equipment. It realizes a closed-loop process: feeding → scrubbing → classification → washing → dewatering → fine sand recovery → wastewater recycling, stably producing high-purity clean quartz sand.
Process and Capacity
The integrated process of powerful scrubbing + multi-stage washing + fine dewatering + tailings recovery is adopted, with high automation and stable continuous operation. The capacity can be customized from 50–300 TPH according to customer needs. The finished quartz sand features low mud content, uniform particle size, few impurities and high whiteness, meeting high standards for glass raw materials, photovoltaic silica sand, precision casting and water treatment filter materials.
