Project Overview
The project is located in Kenya, providing a complete set of crushing and washing solutions for local infrastructure construction, road construction, port construction and sand & aggregate processing. The materials processed mainly include river pebbles, limestone, river sand and gravel, and silt mixtures. The finished sand and gravel is required to be clean, with reasonable gradation and low mud content, meeting local engineering construction standards.
Equipment Configuration
The whole production line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher / cone crusher, circular vibrating screen, wheel sand washing machine, spiral sand washing machine, dewatering screen, conveyor and intelligent electric control system, realizing continuous production from primary crushing, secondary and fine crushing, screening, washing to dewatering.
Process and Capacity
The equipment adopts an integrated process of crushing + screening + washing + dewatering, with stable operation and high degree of automation. The production capacity can be customized according to on-site requirements. The finished sand and gravel has uniform particle size, is clean and free of impurities, and the mud content can be controlled at a very low level, fully meeting the standards of construction sand and road materials.
